Approximately 3 HE loads in an ounce. 

1 canister = 128 HE loads

16 oz = approximately 48 HE loads. 

42 oz = approximately 126 HE loads. 

To use: Add 1/2 tablespoon in with your clothes for high efficiency washers or 1 tablespoon for traditional.
